Her philosophy of pursuing high standards of excellence by using practical principles of RN Care Management, the RAI process and Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) have assisted many of her clients’ facilities to become Deficiency Free, Nursing Deficiency Free and in Substantial Compliance. Clients have ranged from California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho and Nevada.

Background Information
Elaine C. Griswold RN BSN has dedicated her work to providing the highest quality of care and services to the elderly across the continuum of care.
She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) from Boston University School of Nursing where she graduated in 1968.
She has been recognized in “Who’s Who in American Nursing” from 1988-2003.
Her 19 years of work in the long term care setting has provided her with the knowledge and experience to accomplish her goals. In 1985 she first began as a Staff Development Coordinator, teaching CNA classes, gaining knowledge of CNA needs and training requirements. She acquired the ability to help teach and motivate CNAs into utilizing their own skills to provide a high quality of care to their residents. She then moved into the role of Director of Nursing Services, in 1986, requiring high standards of care and performance from Licensed Nurses and CNAs alike. She has had successful Director of Nursing Services experience for the past 18 years. Nurse Consulting services have been provided to the long term care community from 1987 to the present.
