Elaine C. Griswold RN BSN is dedicated to the concept of providing the highest quality of care and services to the long term care community across the continuum of care. The philosophy of the pursuit of excellence by using the principles of Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI), the RAI Process, RN Care Management and continuing education of staff is the foundation of my work. The last 26 years has been spent in the long term care community where I have put my principles and philosophy in action and have reaped the rewards of assisting facilities and nurses improve the quality of care to their residents.
